According to the plan for clinical work, on December 11, 2019, the faculty of the Department of Infectious and Tropical Diseases at the fixed clinical bases (GKP on PCV “City Clinical Infectious Hospital named after I.S. Zhekenova”, City Hepatology Center Almaty at the City Polyclinic No. 5, City Polyclinic No. 3, City Student Polyclinic) held an “Open Day”.
Twenty-four patients were consulted in the direction of doctors from the city’s polyclinics, PHC center, Kaskelen hospital, medical centers, as well as self-treatment. On the main base, professors Duysenova A.K., Egemberdieva R.A., associate professors Bayekeeva K.T., Sadykova A.M., 14 patients were consulted, in the “City Student Polyclinic Associate Professor N. Ermukhanova. – 1 patient, in City Polyclinic No. 3, associate professor Sady-kova S. C – 4, in the City Hepatology Center with City Polyclinic No. 5 – 5 patients.
Basically, “clinically difficult” patients were treated with difficulties in establishing a diagnosis, management and treatment tactics: with cirrhosis of the liver in the outcome of chronic viral hepatitis B + D -1, chronic viral hepatitis C-3, chronic viral hepatitis B-1 , Gilbert’s syndrome in a patient with atypical atrial flutter and in a pregnant woman-2, Osteoarthrosis-1, fever of unclear etiology-2, brucelez-2, A Basically, “clinically difficult” patients were treated with difficulties in establishing a diagnosis, management and treatment tactics: with cirrhosis of the liver in the outcome of chronic viral hepatitis B + D -1, chronic viral hepatitis C-3, chronic viral hepatitis B-1 , Gilbert’s syndrome in a patient with atypical atrial flutter and in a pregnant woman-2, Osteoarthrosis-1, fever of unclear etiology-2, bruce-lez-2, ARVI and tonsillitis -5, intestinal infection 1. One patient was diagnosed –Dengue fever, probable case, one-knot pericarteritis.
Another patient was sent for prior examination.
Results of consultations: patients are given a clinical diagnosis, recommendations are given for further examination, treatment and observation.

In connection with positive reviews, the department plans to hold Open Doors Days on a regular basis, which will enhance the prestige of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov.
