At the initiative of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and with the support of the International “Kazakh Language” Society, the nationwide “National Dictation” campaign was launched in honor of Akhmet Baitursynuly’s birthday and the Day of Languages of the People of Kazakhstan. As part of this meaningful initiative, the teaching staff of the Department of Microbiology and Virology took an active part. The dictation text was read by a member of the KazNMU Terminological Commission, Deputy Head of the Department for Academic Affairs – Tolkyn Sembaevna Begadilova.

The main goal of the project is to promote the status of the state language, improve writing literacy, and foster respect for the Kazakh language. From October 13 to November 13, the department’s team actively participated in the project, contributing to the preservation and development of the purity of the Kazakh language.
