On October 04, 2025, lecturers of the Department of Language Disciplines L.S. Bekpentayeva, R.A. Tursynbaeva, A.A. Bizhanova, G.T. Abdullayeva held the international student competition ” Тіл- ұлттың жаны”, dedicated to the Day of Languages of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6 teams participated in the competition: SARYARKA (Karaganda Medical University), SHIPAGER (Marat Ospanov West Kazakhstan Medical University), CASPI (Caspian University), ZHUREK KORGAUSHYLARY (Caspian University), MEDICS (Tashkent State Medical University), Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University)

The competition was held in online and offline formats among international students from Jordan, India, Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan and Uzbekistan.

The international student Competition was held in 4 stages: I-round  – Greetings and introductions to competition participants,  II round – Blitz questions in three languages,

III – round The perfect mix (team work), IV- round  Battle of the captains.

The competition in three languages allowed foreign students to expand their knowledge of Kazakhstan and medicine, foster a sense of internationalism and tolerance. The competition was held at a high level, featuring creative tasks and a positive attitude of the participants for further study of these languages.
