Independence – My Pillar

On December 12, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, a concert on the theme “Independence – My Foundation” was held for the General Medicine groups M25-011, M25-012, M25-013, and M25-014. The event was organized by lecturer K.J. Nurzhanova and assistant R.M. Shaikhymbekova from the Department of Molecular Biology and Medical Genetics.

Goal: To provide students with an understanding of the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foster love for the country and its land, and instill patriotism.

Objectives:

  • To encourage respect for the history of independence;
  • To raise the national spirit through patriotic songs and theatrical performances;
  • To increase students’ interest in art and national pride.

Content:
During the event, the history of Kazakhstan’s struggle for independence was briefly presented, along with the significance of the December 1986 events (Zheltoqsan). Students performed patriotic songs and showcased scenes dedicated to independence. National symbols and the achievements of Independent Kazakhstan were highlighted.
