The department’s employees carry out extensive medical and advisory work in basic medical institutions. The clinical bases of the department are the City Cardiology Center, the Second World War clinic and the emergency medical care centers  No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10. The training rooms are equipped with demonstration materials, dummies, and phantoms for practicing practical skills. The department’s employees are members of the internal audit commission, the treatment and control commission, the methodological councils of emergency medical care substations, and the city cardiology center. The teaching staff of the department introduces innovative technologies into practical healthcare, which are successfully used in practical healthcare, and the teaching staff also conducts master classes, educational seminars, lectures, trainings for doctors and paramedics of the Emergency Medical Center according to a joint plan of work with the clinical base.

Assistant Turlanova A.K. is an expert doctor at the WW II polyclinic. The assistants of the department are members of the methodological bureau at AMEC substations.

Together with the staff of practical healthcare, practical training of students in bachelor’s degree, internship and residency is carried out on the basis of the AMEC.
