Representatives from KazNMU named S.D. Asfendiyarov participated in the conference, including staff from the Department of Microbiology, virology: Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department Bakhyt Amanullovna Ramazanova, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Acting Professor Kamilya Kamalovna Mustafina, and PhD, Associate Professor without academic title Ekaterina Alexandrovna Koloskova.
During the conference, Bakhyt Amanullovna Ramazanova was awarded the commemorative medal named after Academician Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Aristovsky, established by the order of the Rector of Kazan State Medical University on February 26, 2025. This medal, a symbol of recognition for contributions to the development of medical microbiology, is awarded to outstanding scientists and practitioners based on recommendations from the competition committee.

The participation of the faculty reflects KazNMU’s active role in developing scientific collaboration and exchanging experience in the fields of microbiology, virology, immunology, and infectious medicine.
