In accordance with section 10 of the academic policy, approved by the Decision of the Board of the NAO KazNMU named after S. J. Asfendiyarov No. 24 dated November 03, 2023, 2nd-year students of the specialty “Medical Science” who arrived as part of academic mobility from the Institute of Education and Research Pharmacy of Uzbekistan were accepted by the Department of Histology on September 16, 2025. During the reception, the head of the department, M. Zh. Ergazina, Ph.D., introduced the guests to the activities of the Department of Histology, which has a 93-year history, and thoroughly familiarized them with modern equipment used in the learning process. She showed the histology lab, digital classrooms. Also focused on modern light microscopes, which are equipped not only in the laboratory and digital classrooms, but also in the classrooms of the Department of Histology. Then, students from Uzbekistan took part in a practical lesson on the Endocrine system in 209 and 226 classrooms. The practical lesson at a high methodological level was conducted by the assistant professor of the department Omarova R.S. and assistant Hebullaeva Z. Y. The second half of our lesson continued in the digital classroom in accordance with the program. The students showed great interest and, by actively participating, gave the opportunity to conduct an exciting lesson. Each student was provided with histological preparations for individual work on the study of individual structures of the endocrine glands and performed group tasks on histology. In general, interuniversity cooperation and the exchange of experience within the framework of academic mobility will certainly provide a high opportunity to enhance learning outcomes.
