The scientific and educational Journal Club has begun its work at the Department of Normal Physiology and Biophysics.
The first meeting took place on October 27, 2025, in Room 409, Auditorium 7. The session was organized by Assistant Professor, PhD Rakhymzhan Asylkhan Anuarbekuly, who delivered a scientific presentation on current trends in modern biomedical research. During the meeting, international scientific publications focusing on the application of two- and three-photon microscopy techniques were discussed.
The next Journal Club meeting was held on December 22, 2025. As part of the session, Dmitry Sokolov, Master of Public Health, presented a scientific article devoted to the neurobiological mechanisms of impulsive behavior, which led to an engaging and in-depth scientific discussion.
Journal Club meetings will continue to be held on a regular basis.
