IsenovaSauleShaykenovna after graduating from the Tselinograd Medical Institute in 1986 worked as a obstetrician-gynecologist at the maternity ward in the Tselinograd District Hospital.
\nIn 1990-1992 – studied in clinical residency at the Scientific Center of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Almaty.<\/p>\n

From 1992 to 2011 worked in the NCACP in the position of obstetrician-gynecologist in the department of pregnant women with diseases of internal organs, MHC of the department of miscarriage, NA of the department of obstetrical pathology, SNA of the department of obstetric pathology and extragenital pathology, head of the department of perinatology. From 2011-2013 she worked as deputy chief doctor of the maternity hospital No. 1 in Almaty.Since 2013 she worked as an assistant, associate professor of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, 2 KazNMU. S.D. Asfendiyarov.In 2015, Dean of the internship and residency of KazNMU. Since 2017, the head of the department of obstetrics and gynecology and combines the work of the director of the department of obstetrics and gynecology KazNMU. Total work experience is 31 years, scientific and pedagogical work is 23 years.IsenovaS.Sh. actively engaged in scientific activities. In 1998 she defended her thesis on the topic: “Prognostic and diagnostic value of early chorion biopsy in women with miscarriage”. In 2010 she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic: “Pathogenetic mechanisms of development of obstetric and perinatal complications in mycoplasmal infection”.Published more than 180 scientific works, including in the far and near abroad in journals with non-zero impact factor, 2 monographs, 5 methodical recommendations, 1 manual for emergency care in perinatology, 3 manuals.IsenovaS.Sh. was repeatedly awarded with diplomas and medals.In 2005, she was awarded with a badge “Kazakhstan KazakhstanRespublikosynynaDensaulyksaktaui\u0441i\u043di\u043d\u0443\u0437\u0434i\u0433i\u043d\u0435” for special merits in the matter of public health protection.<\/p>\n
