In 1994 he graduated from the Almaty State Medical Institute, specializing in medical business. From 1994 to 1996 studied in clinical residency at the department of phthisiopulmonology of the Almaty State Medical Institute. From 1996 to 1999 worked at the National Center for Tuberculosis Problems (NCPT) as an endoscopist, in 2000. defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of medical sciences on the topic: “Precision methods for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.” From 1999 to 2003 He worked as a senior researcher in the department of pulmonary tuberculosis, then as a senior researcher in the instrumental diagnostics group of the Department of Thoracic Surgery, NCPT MH RK. From 2003 to 2006 he was an assistant to the project for the control of tuberculosis in prisons, the Government of the Moscow Oblast Public Health Organization as part of the Penal Reform International. From 2006 to 2007 worked as a specialist in tuberculosis of the Representation of the Royal Netherlands Central Association for the fight against tuberculosis in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2015. held the position of Chief Physician of the NCCPT of the Ministry of Health of the RK From 2015 to 2017 He was the Deputy Director for the treatment of NCPTT MH RK. From April 2017 to the present, he has been the director of the Republican State Pedagogical University at the National Institute of Physics of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n
