Asfendiyarov<\/span><\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/span>The f<\/span><\/span><\/span>ounder of the department of <\/span><\/span><\/span>A<\/span><\/span><\/span>nesthesiology and <\/span><\/span><\/span>IntensiveC<\/span><\/span><\/span>are <\/span><\/span><\/span>M<\/span><\/span><\/span>edicine was <\/span><\/span><\/span>p<\/span><\/span><\/span>rofessor, <\/span><\/span><\/span>d.m.s.<\/span><\/span><\/span> Togaybaev A<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>A<\/span><\/span><\/span>. For the first time the department was located in two main bases: Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine Hospital for veterans of GPW and Emergency Hospital.<\/span><\/span><\/span>At that time <\/span><\/span><\/span>the <\/span><\/span><\/span>department state consisted of three employees: <\/span><\/span><\/span>p<\/span><\/span><\/span>rofessor Togaybaev A<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>A, assistant Ushakova G.G. and assistant Sultanbayeva B.K.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

One PhD thesis and twenty-one master\u2019s thesises were defended and more than two hundred scientific articles were published under the supervision of professor Togaybaev A.A<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>Academician A<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>A<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span> Togaybaev improved the quality of the teaching work and introduced modern methods of <\/span><\/span><\/span>non-inhaled<\/span><\/span><\/span> anesthesia.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In 1997 the department was reorganized and attached as course of <\/span><\/span><\/span>A<\/span><\/span><\/span>nesthesiology and <\/span><\/span><\/span>IntensiveC<\/span><\/span><\/span>are <\/span><\/span><\/span>M<\/span><\/span><\/span>edicine <\/span><\/span><\/span>at the department of General Surgery.From 1997 to 2006 the head of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Course was assistant professor, c.m.s.Berdalina G.S<\/span><\/span><\/span>. During thetime of working at the department she published<\/span><\/span><\/span> the<\/span><\/span><\/span> monograph and six research works on <\/span><\/span><\/span>the topic<\/span><\/span><\/span>: <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u201c<\/span><\/span><\/span>Anesthetic management and the effect of anesthesia on homeostasis in urological patients<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

From 2006 to 2011<\/span><\/span><\/span>the h<\/span><\/span><\/span>ead of Anesthesiology and <\/span><\/span><\/span>Intensive<\/span><\/span><\/span> Care Course was assistant professor, <\/span><\/span><\/span>c.m.s<\/span><\/span><\/span>. Dzholdybekov T.S.He is one of the authors <\/span><\/span><\/span>of<\/span><\/span><\/span> the development of R<\/span><\/span><\/span>EP<\/span><\/span><\/span>, T<\/span><\/span><\/span>E<\/span><\/span><\/span>P and internship syllabus 2011in training of doctors <\/span><\/span><\/span>of<\/span><\/span><\/span> the specialty “General Medicine”<\/span><\/span><\/span>. <\/span>And <\/span><\/span><\/span>he <\/span><\/span><\/span>was also the chairman of the Federation of Almaty branch <\/span><\/span><\/span>of <\/span><\/span><\/span>Anaesthetist<\/span><\/span><\/span>sand Intensivists of the<\/span><\/span><\/span> RK <\/span><\/span><\/span>from <\/span><\/span><\/span>2007<\/span><\/span><\/span> t<\/span><\/span><\/span>o 201<\/span><\/span><\/span>1.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In 2011 Department of Anesthesiology and <\/span><\/span><\/span>Intensive<\/span><\/span><\/span> Care Medicine was organized<\/span><\/span><\/span> again<\/span><\/span><\/span> under the <\/span><\/span><\/span>supervision<\/span><\/span><\/span> of <\/span><\/span><\/span>d.m.s<\/span><\/span><\/span>. Israilov<\/span><\/span><\/span>a<\/span><\/span><\/span> V<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>K<\/span><\/span><\/span>.11main teachers work at the department (they are 1 professor, 4docents, 6 assistants, and 4 part time assistants).2 Master\u2019sthesises were defended under the scientific supervision of Israilova V.K. in June 2013.
