The lecturers of the Department of Normal Physiology with a course in Biophysics – N.M. Almabayeva, V.O. Abdrasilova, and G.E. Baidullayeva – organized a motivational meeting with university graduates on the topic “Medicine is the most noble of all arts.” First-year students of the “General Medicine” school, as well as graduates of our university, took part in the meeting. The head of the department, Sh. O. Ryspekova, delivered a welcoming speech.
- Zhazira Togizbayeva – a rheumatologist at ERENSAU Hospital, a member of the Kazakhstan Association of Rheumatologists and international professional medical organizations.
- Akerke Shchitanova – a gynecologist, Master of Medical Sciences, working at the Smart Health University City center.
- Akmarzhan Tashimova – a neurologist, a lecturer at a medical college, and a specialist at the regional hospital in Taldykorgan.
First-year students also watched a video message from PhD doctor Mukhit Kulgambetov, who works at an ophthalmology clinic in Hong Kong and teaches at a university in Canada. The graduates shared their experiences of student life, spoke about their studies, the challenges they faced during their education and professional careers, and emphasized the importance of scientific and social activities.
Students actively asked questions to the guests. During the meeting, poems about medicine and doctors were recited, and musical performances were presented: students played musical instruments and sang songs. Participants highlighted the importance of such meetings and noted that the event left a strong impression on them.
